Tracking the BEING

This is the first part at the beginning of the masters. Once students are enrolled in the school, they receive a personalized service which is flexible to their calendars. The purpose of this is to develop all the necessary skills to achieve the highest results and to develop the attitudes that any person would need to manage and lead projects to success.

It starts as soon as the student is enrolled in the School and it ends right before they start their Business Plan within the core studies.

It is thought so that the student can adapt their studies and evaluations load to their availability, as well as the training in they would have to eventually take in their studies.

Life Plan

Stages::

  • Online Content.
  • Personal Interview with the program’s coach – 60 minutes approximately.
  • Second period of online content and plan proposal.
  • Second personal interview between the coach and the student. In this session, the plan that the student has presented is scored and is given feedback.

This stage will take place within one to two weeks and its objective is that the student understands the intersection between what they enjoy, what they are good at, what the world needs, and the field in which they can be paid for their job. The student will be able to create his life plan based on this information.

Learning Style

Stages

  • Student Assessment.
  • Personal interview with the program’s coach of about 60 minutes, in which the assessment results will be interpreted.
  • Online content period, where students will learn the key to their learning style. During this period, they will have the possibility to create their customized learning plan.
  • Second personal interview between the coach and student. In this session, the plan that the student has presented is scored and is given feedback.

This stage will also have an estimated duration of one to two weeks. Its objective  is, above all, to guide the student in regards to their learning style and the school’s method, so that they can achieve all the challenges the program might present them.

Leadership

Stages:

  • Student assessment, which will provide a diagnosis of their leadership  capabilities.
  • Personal interview with the program’s coach of about 60 minutes, in which the assessment results will be discussed.
  • Online content period and proposal of a gap closing plan
  • Second personal interview between the coach and student. In this session, the plan that the student has presented is scored and is given feedback.

This stage will also have an estimated duration of one to two weeks. Its objective is that student identifies their leadership gaps and have a proper closure for them.

Management Skills

Stages

  • Student assessment.
  • Personal interview with the program’s coach in order for the student to understand the results of their assessment and the gaps in the development of their management skills.
  • About 30 minutes.
  • Online content period and plan proposal.
  • Second personal interview between the coach and student. In this session, the plan that the student has presented is scored and is given feedback.

This stage will also have an estimated duration of two to three weeks. Its objective is to identify the gaps in the development of management skills and do a closure plan for them.
